 After completing my masters degree in Exercise Science from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee I got right into the fitness industry and for the last 20years I have been a personal trainer, training manager, or executive in a training company.  Recently I have fell in love with the concept of life coaching and the comprehensive change that it brings so I did what anyone would do, started my own company with Luke to help as many people as we can. 

 

So if your ready to start taking your forever home seriously, I am here and ready to help.  I have done it with thousands of others and you wouldn't believe what is possible when you decide it is time to change.  When your ready, I am here.  Lets go!

I had the fortune of having a couple different careers in my life, but when I found the Fitness Industry I knew it was home.  I have done everything from training people to running 14 locations, which made me realize not long ago that by only serving physical locations, it prevented me from serving the most amount of people I could.  So, we created our virtual company to hopefully be able to help people all over the world achieve amazing results from wherever they are, and most importantly be able to afford it.

Inside the program I focus a lot of attention on the mindset and motivation aspects, so let's start seeing things for what they are and remember, "you don't drown because you fall in the water, you drown because you stay in the water."  I'm ready when you are.

Is it just the same workouts each week?

No.  Every single day has a completely unique workout led by one of our phenomenal coaches Day1 all the way through Day 21 with 6 Bonus Workouts in case you want to do extra. 

How often do I lift weights and how often do I do cardio?

You will do strength training 3 days/week , then cardio 3 days/week in which you will do HIIT Cardio and finishing the week with a Yoga Session with Coach Laura to recover..

Why am I doing HIIT Cardio?

Doing cardio this way is more effective because we can reduce the amount of time needed to perform cardio, burn just as many calories while we workout, but the huge advantage is when we do HIIT our body continues burning calories for 24-36 hours after our workout because of the concept of EPOC.  Therefore because of EPOC, our metabolism runs higher for way longer and can help us burn an additional 20-40% more calories.

Do you guys recommend any pills, powders or fad diets?

We do not.  We believe in teaching you how to eat the right way without feeling deprived using our intermittent fasting methos to fix your insulin response and stop storing excess bodyfat. 

What do I do if I have questions?

You have direct access to your experts, so if you ever have questions, you DM Jake or Luke following the instructions in the group and they will respond as quick as possible.

How long does it take to start seeing results?

Immediately you will notice changes for the positive in your energy and mood and will start seeing results in weight and inches within the first 7 days.

If I join, what's the catch?

There is no catch.  It's FREE for you to complete the program and you are not locked into anything after.  If at the end of the 21 days you want more, you will be offered a discount to join our full 6 Week Switch Program, but that decision is completely up to you.
