Luke is a creator inside Switch Fitness and brings the action each week LIVE hosting our Flip the Switch Podcast, coaching in our Shock, Sculpt and Cardio Mix sessions, hosts the Haase Squad Cooking Show and also handles all things business for Switch Fitness. Luke ensures we Inspire Others!

Joelle brings a lot of experience to the program through many years in the fitness industry. You will find her coaching Resistance Sessions and also lighting up our Kickboxing Classes.
Meghan
Developer & Coach
Meghan brings a ton of knowledge and first hand experience to the team as she has gone through a journey of her own in becoming a coach. She keeps the energy high in Resistance Sessions and Step It Up each week.

Registered Dietician & Coach
Laura is a registered dietitian and group fitness certified coach. Her specialty is both spin and yoga, but she loves to teach all forms of group fitness.
