Calculate Your Daily Intake
Getting clarity is the first step to accomplishing any goal. We start here by getting clarity on what you want to accomplish for a long term goal and then a weekly goal. Ex. If you want to lose 100 in the next year means you need to roughly lose 2 pounds each week.

Next you have to understand how many calories your body uses on a daily basis by completing the calculator to the right. Make sure you are accurate on your activity, convert your height to centimeters using only whole numbers (no decimals) and convert your weight to kilograms using only whole numbers (no decimals).

Finally the calculator will give you a result from the info you put in. Subtract 500 off that number for each pound you would like to lose per week and the resulting number is how many calories to intake daily.
